We supply them in T condition or toughened moved surface. An application where machinability and strength are a prime concern uses En 19 Low Alloy Steel PLATES. Since they show shock-resistant, therefore, they are applicable in the automotive sector as well. Our plates are commonly used in such industries for using in pinions, shafts, gears, spindles, and more. This grade was earlier preferred for making these machine parts in motor industries. However, now other industries also use them. Oil and gas industries, power plants, nuclear plants, petrochemical, boiler, and pressure vessels and more use them. Forging, annealing, hardening, tempering, and heat treatment are done on this grade to produce plates of desired shape and size. Several considerations are kept in mind when heat treatment is performed on this grade to produce plates. The impact value of these plates is reduced via tempering between 250 -375-degree centigrade.

We offer plates in varied types such as perforated, shim, and chequered plates. All the plates have a great surface finish. Their ability to resist chemicals are desired by chemical industries. The hardness makes them good for load-bearing applications. Tests like destructive tests are done on En19 Plates. All important, as well as basic tests, are done. For instance, we name a few of them and they are mechanical, impact resistance, tensile, hardness, and flaring test. Not only test but careful packaging at our company is a great sign that shows quality material is only used.
